1. Abstract Submission

Please submit an abstract of no more than 300 words by Friday, July 11, 2025. The abstract must include either a Chinese, Japanese, or Korean version (choose one) as well as an English version.

Additionally, please include a brief author bio (within 100 words).

In the subject line of your email, please indicate your paper title and name in the following format:

“Paper Title_Author Name” (e.g., Democracy and Rule of Law in East Asia_Wang OO).

2. Full Paper Submission

Authors whose abstracts are accepted are requested to submit the full paper by Sunday, August 31, 2025.

• Papers written in Chinese (or Japanese/Korean): 15,000–20,000 characters
• Papers written in English: 5,000–8,000 words

All submissions must include:

• Abstracts in both the presentation language (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) and English
• 2–5 keywords
• A complete list of references

Note: Late submissions will be regarded as withdrawal and will not be included in the conference program.

3. Presentation Format

Please indicate your preferred presentation format:

• In-person presentation (individual paper or workshop)
• Poster presentation

All presenters will receive an official certificate of presentation regardless of format.

4. Presentation Language

The working languages of the conference are Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

Please indicate your intended presentation language when submitting your abstract or full paper.
